Our scope included a complete front-of-house transformation from the sleek marble bar with its illuminated bottle display to the tailored booth seating in vibrant teal. The renovation also encompassed the washrooms, back-of-house areas, and the installation of a high-performance kitchen designed to meet the operational needs of a busy, high-end restaurant.

With meticulous attention to detail and close collaboration with the design team, we have created a space that balances visual impact with functionality ensuring Shan Shui continues to be a culinary landmark within Bicester Village.
