Project
Gibraltar Walk
This project transforms a former four-storey factory into a contemporary industrial home that celebrates the building’s raw character. Exposed brickwork, timber joists, perforated steel and handcrafted oak cabinetry set a warm yet unapologetically industrial tone.
A suspended steel gantry defines the kitchen, while matte-black details and tailored joinery continue the design language across all levels. A striking steel staircase rises through the centre of the home, accompanied by a decorative internal scaffolding installation that adds rhythm and identity to the space.
The upper floors introduce calmer textures restored masonry, soft lighting and custom metal wardrobes, while bathrooms follow a minimalist, refined industrial approach with black fixtures and clean tile work. Even the workshop and utility spaces echo the cohesive palette.
The result is a characterful, contemporary home that blends factory heritage with inventive design elements.
